Taubman Museum of Art Drive Exhibit

The directions to the Museum  are as follows:  From Lynchburg Follow 460 west to Roanoke. At the intersection of 460 and Williamson Road turn left at the light on to Williamson road and go about 0.7 miles. Then turn right on to Salem Ave. at the light, The Taubman Museum is on the right.

To Find Parking: Go past the entrance to the museum and turn right on Market St. then turn left on Norfolk Ave. and the entrance to the Tower Parking Garage will be on your left. There is free 2 hour parking there for all visitors to the museum.

The car club has elected to go to the Taubman Museum of Art in Roanoke on Saturday September the 8th to see a exhibition of very unique cars and motorcycles. This is a personal tour by Mr. Ken Gross who has curated this exhibit. Ken is an independent curator, journalist and former Director of the Peterson Automotive Museum of Los Angeles. His previous automotive exhibitions have appeared in major museums including the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, the Museum of Fin Arts Houston, and the North Carolina Museum of Art in Raleigh.

Your tickets will be prepaid so there will no need to go to the ticket counter.  The club members and their guest will assemble at the museum lobby no later than 10:30 and we will go to the exhibit hall as a group.
